ah here in the lonely digital section.
I'm excited coz I got PAINTER up and running again woohoo yay for getting more room on my computer.
Just a bit of a speed painting to celebrate.

Good God...what do you mean speed painter...how long did this take...and yeah...good looking dude that one!!!
Yeah he is a bit long in the head though lol. I might paint him in oils actually later.
Um, I think it took about 45 minutes? I've been practicing my speed painting, my first ones were so SHODDY hahahaha but this one kind of fell into place as I was going. I love painter so much more than photoshop

Cool. Are you using a graphics tablet or a mouse to do that? I got a wacom bamboo recently and decided that digital painting is probably one medium I am *not* going to dabble in LOL.

Hi Michelle. I used a graphics tablet, just a cheap $80 one but I find it really good.
It is alien to use for a while Michelle, you should have seen some of my first ones lol like a childs drawing, but after a while it gets more natural.

I've got a wacom bamboo tablet myself and use the adobe cs3 student suite, how come you prefer painter? just curious and do you have a mac or a pc?

Hi Pixie, I use a medion tablet on a pc.. I go through phases of loving painter then loving cs2 then loving painter etc lol

haha fair enough, i guess alot of programmes do have certain features which are really good and other features that suck :P
