Wip paintings inspired by the spring weather

I had a long, but fruitful painting session in the studio today from 10.00am-5.00pm. I find it interesting how acrylics allow me to work so fast, while the creative juices are running hot.

The first painting "Spring Fields" is on a 90x90cm canvas stretcher (large for me) was started today and is about 90% complete

The second painting "Park View" 30x30cm on 5mm MDF panel was completed to this stage in around 90 mins. Probably needs another 2-3 hrs

As everyone else has said...the colours....so rich and divine...both are wonderful paintings, I think "Spring Fields" is my favourite though.
