what a great web site you have....did you build that your self or did a professional do it?...not assuming you are not a internet pro.

Thanks for the feedback guys, as i said i have a history in design and multimedia and im just about to do my bacholar of arts in multimedia. And yes i did make my website, and everything in the website, myself. If anyone does want a website with creative flare rather than a professional feel let me know, id be happy to make them one. Cheers.

depends, because i want to build my portfolio up id be willing to do it failry cheap, like couple hundred aus$, but depend on what you actually want in the site i may even do it for free.
This looks prettty cool seseme. I can offer some feedback, but I'm not a pro photographer so just take what I say with a grain of salt, its just my opinion.
The 3rd one I love the angle you did, I think perhaps you could have minimised the sky even more - to really capture the feeling of immensity for this building.
The first photo is honestly really cool - but I think trying to get a vertical line would have been better and more hard hitting - but wow, its cool, I wish I could zoom it in and have a closer look lol
The 2nd photo I reckon would look AWESOME with a panoramic (i can't spell sorry) crop featuring whatever part of the building you reckon is best and then a mile of blue sky. awesome.
From the photos you have displayed here, I reckon you would love HDR photography - are you going to try it? I think it would really bring out the things you are trying to capture and add alot of pizzaz -
I will definately watch you as you progress down your photographic journey - already your photos are very interesting and you've just started!

thanks for feedback it makes all the difference. Sorry what is HDR photography?

I'm not really up to speed on the exact process, but from what I can understand they combine three shots of the same thing. One shot is overexposed, one is underexposed, the other is, well normal I think. They then tone map it on the computer.
Here's a kind of tutorial that shows one being made http://rapidvision.deviantart.com/art/Another-HDRI-Tutorial-35493729

Your photos show real potential. You have a good eye and that is more than most successfull commercial photographers have these days. I think your website is great and your site with the panorama was also worth looking at. Your website reminded me a little bit of mine, which is supposed to have a hand-drawn quality to it. I wasnt really happy with the job that headjam did with the flash animation sequences though. I wanted them to look more organic, like they where being drawn with about 4 pens at once, and they should have been slower. I have some photos on there as well. Because you are in the know, I would love your opinion on my website, could you take a look? There are 5 sections to it, you just have to scroll over the egg.

Hey adaerel, i really liked your photography, and you have definate talent which is proven from having yr shows. The photo 2/14 in photography is a really striking photo, well done! Also yr drawing, both syles are really nice. Some of your "highs" series reminds me of Mambo, it has that really fun quality to it but also an underling message behind it. The drawing 11/11 in Schizophrnia section is a really nice drawing, the contrast and the shadows are on eqaul measure which makes it really good.
Your site was a little disaponting, i had trouble finding some of the menu sometimes, and also i feel the same about the drawn look, what they did was draw it in Flash and it looks like a product of Flash, which is never good. You should never be restricted of the tools or program you use. It would of looked alot better actually hand drawn and then scaned in. Also the white backing to the menu items was really off putting and not neccesary. Is this still your site? If your ever looking to update it, i'd love to help. I think your work could benifit from an improved site. All said though your drawings and photos are really nice!

Thanks for that feedback, Ive never asked anyone who I knew could do better before and yes I do want it updated. I drew those menu graphics and they were scanned in and thats my handwriting scanned in, not sure what you meant there but I agree that they just look like dodgy flash animation. I have the zip or whatever it is of it and I am wondering if I could talk to you about this further. Is it alright if I email you?
