I've got a question.. what do they do with the petition after people have finished signing it? I've always wanted to know the affect a petition has

trouble with these online petitions (I get them all the time via email) is they don't mean much - as the names and email addresses can easily be fudged. It's a great cause, though I wonder if the petition will have any merit..

Just thought I would let everyone know ,once this petition reaches one million signatures, a copy will be given to Greenpeace, and another copy to the Federal Government, its a pity they both havent got there copies now ,with all whats going on.....
