The hustling and bustling of Zurich in Switzerland is a world away from the rice fields of Bali Indonesia where I now calls home.
Born in Switzerland at a time when the swinging 60’s were in full swing, although I was from a smaller town, I moved to Zurich as a young, impressionable girl. Always having a great sense of style, I moved into the design field, when I began in my company which specialized in corporate gifts. This was a successful enterprise and I spent many years in this field, entering into direct marketing when the computer age hit us all.
Wanderlust took me to many different cities in Europe to live, including Roma, Italy.
In 2004 it was s time for a major change, and I visited Bali, Indonesia. I fell in love with the complete change of pace and the serenity of the island of the gods.
My jewellery business CoolSilver was a natural progression for me and the abundance of great craftsmen meant that my exacting European standards could be easily met whilst manufacturing my jewellery. Cool Silver is sold in Europe, including Italy, Australia and Singapore, as well as exclusive shops in Bali.
I live in Bali Indonesia with my gorgeous Bali dog, Doobie for company.
I have a daughter Desiree, who lives in Zurich.
